Hello Huron Yacht Club and Guests. My name is Holly Leach and I am the Executive Chef here at HYC. I have had the pleasure of working for this club the past five years and look forward to many more.
I've had a passion for cooking since I was a young girl. From mud burgers with leaf buns to dandelion salads, I have always been inspired in the "kitchen". As your Executive Chef, my goal is to "rebirth" the classic dinner, simple, yet presented with an explosion of rich flavors, paired with the perfect desserts. I love to try new dishes.
